Shipping policy
Kayanee currently delivers across Saudi Arabia. All deliveries take place between 9 AM to 9 PM.
Delivery timelines are depending on the delivery location as shown in the table below.

- Shipping is free of charge for all orders over SAR 250. Below this, there will be a SAR 25 delivery charge.
- We accept all major credit cards, mada and offer a cash on delivery option, which incurs a SAR 25 COD fee.

- Orders placed outside of business hours (9 AM – 8 PM), after the cut-off time, on Fridays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Orders placed during promotions, sales, or public holidays might experience delays.

Tracking
- You will receive a tracking number via SMS after your order is confirmed. Use this number to track your delivery status.
